FOOD RELATED DEFINITIONS:

Beneficial Bacteria ----- Bacteria present in the lower digestive track creates Vitamin K, which helps break down the food that was not digestible. Also prevents the attachment of harmful bacteria, such as Salmonella, to the intestinal walls.

Detoxifying ---- A process of eliminating contents of the digestive track during fasting. Signs may include watery eyes, runny nose, rough coat, some itching and loose stools (not diarrhea).

Blast-Freezing ----- Quickly freezes in order to preserve the nutrient and cell integrity of the food. (FRESH-FROZEN)
Human Grade Ingredients ----- Recognized as human grade by the FDA (US) and Agriculture Canada.

Omega 3 / 6 Fatty Acids ----- Essential acids for the proper health and development of the nervous system. Work synergistically to improve the skin and coat.

Wholesome ----- No processing or alterations to the original food ingredient. May also describe natural, raw or unaltered.
